The term '이모' in Korean refers to one's mother's sisters.

However, in Korea, adult women are affectionately called '이모 (e'mo)' even if they're not blood-related.

K-이모 aims to introduce Korean nutrition and flavors to those unfamiliar with Korean cuisine, making it accessible to all.

About Us

ECAJA Co., Ltd. developed kimchi sauce for vegan by jointly developing technology with World Institute of Kimchi, the world's only comprehensive kimchi research institute.

It is a dressing sauce for salad that can be eaten immediately, not a sauce for making regular kimchi.

 

It's a product for vegans who don't use salted fish and maintain the flavor using soybean ferments.

By adding self-developed plant lactobacillus species, normal lactic acid bacteria fermentation regardless of season or raw material condition ensures uniformity and stability of the product to provide optimal flavor.

 

We are striving to develop food and beverages containing various vegan additives and vegetable lactobacillus with kimchi fermentation product technology using vegetable ingredients.
